Cancellation Policy

Please note that our store does not accept cancellations once an order has been processed. After processing, orders are immediately sent for packing and dispatch, making it impossible to stop or modify them. Customers are therefore requested to review all order details carefully before placing an order. In exceptional cases, any request raised after processing will be reviewed at our sole discretion, and approval is not guaranteed.
