Refund Policy
- We follow a No Refund, No Exchange policy.
- Refunds are only applicable if an order is cancelled from our side due to unforeseen reasons. In such cases, the refund will be processed back to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Return & Exchange Policy
- No Return, No Exchange once the order has been placed and accepted.
- Exchange is allowed only in case of transit loss/damage.
- To claim an exchange, the customer must provide a clear opening video (360-degree unboxing video) of the parcel at the time of opening.
- Without the opening video, no claims will be accepted or processed.
- In case of damage or wrong product received, you must contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery on our official WhatsApp/Call number: +91 7011525698 along with the opening video proof.
- Please allow 3–4 working days for our team to verify and process your request.
Important Notes
- All our products fall under the non-returnable beauty & personal care category due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Exchange requests for reasons such as personal dislike, fragrance, texture, or skin reaction will not be accepted.
- Buying our products is the customer’s choice, and our experts only recommend based on your concerns.
