Return & Refund Policy

At Mukhi Singh Fashion Plaza, we follow a strict No Refund Policy once an order has been successfully placed and processed. We do not offer refunds or returns on our products/services.

Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:
 • Change of mind after placing the order
 • Order placed by mistake
 • Delays caused by logistics or courier partners
 • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
 • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Refunds will ONLY be considered if:
 • The product delivered is damaged during transit, OR
 • The product delivered is incorrect

To raise a valid claim, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:
 • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video
 • The product in original packaging with all tags intact

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Failure to provide the required proof will lead to rejection of the claim.

Replacement Policy: Replacements are applicable only in cases where the delivered product is incorrect or arrives damaged. Customers must submit valid proof, including a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video. Upon verification and approval, the replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.

We follow a strict no cancelleation policy once the order is placed and processed.
