Refunds are only applicable if an order is cancelled from our side due to unforeseen reasons. In such cases, the refund will be processed back to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchange is allowed only in case of transit loss/damage.
To claim an exchange, the customer must provide a clear opening video (360-degree unboxing video) of the parcel at the time of opening.
Without the opening video, no claims will be accepted or processed.
