- No Refund, No Exchange: Once an order is placed and accepted, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
- Exchange Only on Transit Loss/Damage: We only accept exchange requests if the product is received damaged or different from what was ordered.
- Opening Video Required: A clear 360° single-take unboxing video is mandatory to claim any exchange. Without this video, no claims will be processed.
